 Welcome to Gettysburg Baptist
Church. As the
pastor, I would like to extend a personal invitation to you to come and
learn with us how to be equipped for living in today's world.
Like you, we all face
the daily struggles of life. Hectic schedules, financial problems, personal
and family problems and global tensions all take their toll on our lives.
We believe that God
wants us to have a living, growing relationship with Him through Jesus
Christ. Because we believe that Christianity, as we find it in the Bible,
is true, then it is true to all of life and all of thought, not just some
narrowly defined "religious" area. What is taught and affirmed on
Sunday can be and should be lived out during the entire week.
We're certainly not
perfect, but we are discovering some exciting principles in God's Word that
are making a difference in our lives. We have seen the application of
biblical truth positively affect many individuals and families.
On behalf of the entire
congregation, I invite you to come and learn with us how to apply God's
eternal Word to our lives and the world around us.
